Local inputs
Your scenario label, compensation target, benefit and overhead costs, reserve, schedule, utilization and margin assumptions are processed in browser memory. The calculator does not submit them to a server, fetch market rates, send inputs to AI or create an account.
This tool collects no resumes, applications, job listings or candidate profiles. Do not enter personal identifiers, client information, credentials or other sensitive details. Use a short scenario label without names or contact information.
Saving and exporting
The calculator does not automatically save inputs in cookies or browser storage. Leaving or reloading can lose your work; your browser may restore form values through its own page-restoration features.
JSON downloads are created locally and include all entered assumptions, costs, calculated results and formula version. These can be private financial or business details. Review the file and choose where to store or share it.
“Clear all inputs” resets the page, but does not delete downloaded copies or browser-managed copies. Browser memory is managed by your browser; clearing the form is not a secure-erasure guarantee.
Website requests
The browser requests the page and static assets. Hosting infrastructure receives ordinary connection and request metadata, such as your IP address, requested page, time and browser information. Calculator inputs are separate and are not submitted. The tool uses no advertising scripts or third-party fonts.
The role-supply-pilot link opens your email application with a fixed subject. It does not include calculator inputs or an exported report. If you choose to send email, your email provider processes it and Ascendant Systems LLC receives it. Avoid sending resumes, personal data or confidential client information in an initial inquiry.

Limited activity counts
We count page views, completed tool checks, prepared report exports and clicks on designated inquiry links. Each event contains only an event type, fixed asset and page identifiers, a format version and a new random event ID. It contains no inputs, results, file names, file contents, source links or referrer. These counters use no cookies or browser storage and respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Synthetic examples are excluded from action counts. A prepared export is not a confirmed download; an inquiry click is not a sent message or a lead.
